Workfile - Forms Tab
The Form Letter feature in a workfile allows you to use letter templates with information specific to the workfile. This feature also allows you to create a manual letter and insert fields from a workfile into the letter. When a letter template is selected, workfile information is populated in the form.
Some of the letter templates include the following:
- Customer Invoice Letter with Return Address
- Insurance Invoice Letter with Return Address
- Scheduled-In Letter with return Address
- Solicitation Letter
- Thank You Letter with Return Address
